Can you be more photogenic, Rome?

see it for yourself…

I hope our itinerary and tips helped you with the planning.

We’ve been back from Rome months now and we still can’t believe we were there!

Browsing through those travel pictures makes me extremely happy! First is the rich culture behind Rome, second is as two photographers travel together, we finally found our way to work out on video and pictures. My love is into movies and video, so all he wants is to take a short film of me, me at the same time, want to take pictures of him, and for the blogs. I know it may be exhausted to travel with a travel blogger, hehe, but we did it well and got so much good stuff. The key is, always be patient, be prepared, have good communication. we have our workflow like: take video first, then take still pictures. I don’t know how you do it, but curious about how a couple does travel to work this out, please feel free to share with me! 🙂 And now, I am sharing all the picturesque places we love with you.

On the list:

Fontana di Trevi (Trevi Fountain)

If this extravagant fountain can not move you to take your camera out then you are weird! hehe, just kidding, it’s truly beautiful and very cinematic, just as La Dolce Vita, it deserves you to wake up early to beat the crowd. see our tips and experience here.

Pantheon & Fontana del Pantheon

My favorite architecture in this Rome trip, can’t get enough with the view as Peter Greenaway’s The Belly of an Architect opening shot just right here. One of the signatures of Rome. you can see the tips and what to expect of Pantheon here.

Obelisco Della Minerva (Elephant and Obelisk)

This hidden gem, petite plaza just right behind the Pantheon. it’s very picturesque as the obelisk, the elephant, the wall have a harmonious color palette that personally loves it!

Capitoline Museums

The most photogenic museum in Rome, I do not doubt to put it on the place. I love, love, love this museum so much, and would like to go back again if I was in Rome now, and guess what? Gucci has the same idea too, their creative Director Alessandro Michele chose the Capitoline Museums to unveil the new Gucci Cruise 2020 collection. See how it looks like and tips here.

Castel Sant’Angelo

Love this castle just right along the Tiber river, it provides a nice angle for shooting the famous Ponte Sant’Angelo (Sant’Angelo Bridge), the castle itself is also an interesting architecture, but mostly I like the story behind it, purely romantic idea. you can see the post talk about the story and tips. also, around the exit, there is a merry-go-around, for sure you can get some Instagram goal picture out of it, just say it… 🙂
